I prefer constructing sites using CSS layouts over HTML tables. That's geek-speak for design flexibility. Once your site is built with CSS, I can easily make upgrades and alterations so that each new generation of browser will display your site correctly. It's a bit more time-consuming for a knowledgeable designer, but the payoff is well worth it when you need to update your layout or images.
Many of the photos, graphics and imagery were supplied by me for these sites.
I use HTML/XHTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, and JavaScript in my designs.
